About the Event

The sun printing process needs very few supplies to create. The print is made by placing an object or group of objects such as twigs, seashells, flowers directly onto a sheet of cyanotype paper or cyanotype fabric. The objects and sensitized paper/fabric are exposed to sunlight.  These are then rinsed with water to reveal a stunning final work of art with its signature blue color. The class will take place outside of the Passaic County Arts Center at the John W. Rea House.
